MARCO SANTANIELLO
Born in Milan on September 9th, 1961

Graduated in 1988 at the Università degli Studi in Milan, registered at the Rolls of Solicitors of Milan since 1993 and at the Roll of the lawyers who can appear in the court of cassation since 2007.
He wrote scientific articles concerning the commercial and labor laws, the sectors in which he basically performs his activities, with a special reference to consultancy in labor litigations and contractual matters. He is a co-author of the Encyclopedia of Law (published by De Agostini), of which he specifically edited the integral part concerning the Labor Laws.
He also specialized in civil law, with a special attention drawn to family law.
